Banana Plant (Musa) ~ 6"

Light: Full sun is ideal for this plant. If placed indoors, make sure that the plant receives as much sunlight as possible, such is directly in front of a southern exposure window. 

Water: Maintain moist soil, only allowing the top inch to dry out between thorough waterings. Never allow the plant to completely dry out or sit in standing water for long periods of time. High humidity is ideal.
