Light: Dracaenas prefer bright, indirect light. They can also tolerate lower light levels. If placed in front of a bright, sunny window, provide a sheer curtain for shade when the sun is shining directly on the plant.

Water: Dracaenas are prone to root rot if their soil stays wet for too long; it is important to let the soil almost completely dry out before thoroughly watering.
