Light: Bright, indirect light is ideal for this hoya, although it can also benefit from a few hours of direct morning sun from an eastern exposure window. 

Water: The succulent leaves of hoyas make them drought-tolerant plants. Allow the top half of the soil to completely dry out before thoroughly watering. Do not let soil remain consistently wet.
